The Finance Hive’s CMX 2025: What Multi-Asset
Buy-Side Desks Need from TCA

During our cross-asset TCA workshop attended by buy-side traders, the session explored how the community is adapting daily workflows to move execution beyond a compliance requirement.

It was clear from the discussion that TCA is evolving from post-trade reporting to a strategic, workflow-embedded tool to help teams:

  • Inform pre-trade planning
  • Spot routing and timing inefficiencies
  • Improve broker selection and conversations
  • Strengthen feedback loops between execution and investment teams.

Without transparent, clean and normalised data, TCA is unreliable - and potentially misleading.

Read the recap and learn why 2025 is the year TCA becomes a front-line tool for optimising execution strategy and improving trading performance.
